Out in the depths of space, a large round object went rushing past the glimmering objects that were called stars. They seemed million miles away, but so close they seemed as well. Many were marveled by their beauty, others by what life they may hold around them. But a certain Sayain didn't give a fuck; he just wanted too get out of the silence while he still had his life in his hands. Though the journey from that strange planet the green men called Namek was said to be a short one, it felt like it was taking forever. But now, a green and blue planet came into view, shimmering with white clouds above it's surface. A wild smirk came upon one's face as instantly the space pod he was in shook with tremendous force as they entered the Earth's atmosphere. Out of all the planets that he had been to, this one seemed most suitable for basic life.
Why didn't Freiza take this planet when he had the chance?
Ah well, the inhabitants seemed nice enough here, many trying to be normal as can be. But they weren't the reason why he was here. He had heard from the Nameks that a few Sayains lived on this planet. And maybe, just maybe, they could aid him with trying to figure out his past. After he woke up from that amnesiatic shock, he barely knew his own name much less who the hell he was and where he was from. How did he even get into a coma? He really couldn't tell they Jing that, now could he? They were a peaceful race, where he learned how to walk again from. Sure, they were some reason freaked out when they realized that he had a monkey tail. From another race that he met a few years back, he learned that he was something called a Saya-Jin. Whatever that was, anyhow.
Crash! Boom! Bang!
Sand went flying up into the beautiful sky as a crater the size of one on the moon filed it self into the hot desert sand. Nothing went running away for shelter, no screaming was heard as the sudden object like a meteor fell from the sky and onto one's houses and homes. One reason why he had chosen this place: the desert was one place usually nobody inhabited because if it's hot and steamy days and bone chlling nights. It was lucky that Toggle could scan where the least amount of human population was so they could land. Hey, a lot of Sayains are known to be cruel and ill fated. But one that gets bumped on the head for some reason and gets amnesia, then yeah, they can be kinder than others are when it comes right down to it. Kind of strange the way things work.
Slowly the door to the strange space pod careened open, making the round and large object shift around slightly. As the thing settled, a gloved hand reached out, grabbing the side of where the door just happened to be. Slowly and steadily, a figure let itself out of the strange object, a small floating object jolting out into the hot desert sun in front of the being. The sun's rays shimmered down with great force, willing to make shrivel up anything that was not used to this kind of terrain. But some races were usually meant to withstand this kind of pressure, even though they may have been born in the area that was of greater heat. A smirk came upon the two legged creature's face as a small object on his face beeped on and off rapidly, rapid numbers and letters popping up on a small red screen.
"Seems like a nice enough place," came a low and raspy voice. A body moved from where the doorway sat, and in a flash was on the edges of where the crater sat in the hot desert. The object placed over his left eye began beeping again, making him give a toothy smirk. "Well, it doesn't seem that there are any strong life forms around here," the voice said again, this time in a disappointed sound inside it.
From behind, a tail whipped around furiously, looking as if it had a mind of its own. The red object that held onto the man's ear from a metal piece began to go off again as a metallic object no larger than half of a football went whizzing by the man's small bodied man. Another smirk came upon his face yet again as the object floating in the air began beeping rapidly, making happy movements before turning and pausing towards a large rock. Near the edge of where the bottom sat, a small pool of water sat where some animal had dug it up not too long ago. And from the looks of it, it wasn't going to last too long in the hot sun, which would make it evaporate within minutes later of the man finding the source.
"Koga! Koga! Water! Ba-Deep Ba-Deep!" the small and strange little object pronounced as the red haired man walked slowly to where the robot floating, his arms crossed over his chest. A smile - a pure smile - came across his tanned face, his red hair blowing in the light wind
"Yes, yes, Toggle, I see," the man proclaimed with a nod.
He managed to tip toe over the robot that was blocking the way, more or less. There seemed less then there were just moments ago, but then again, it could have been the desert heat getting to him. He was just hoping that he wasn't getting heat stroke or anything like that. With a sigh, the small man with the tail backed down and turned around to look around, stepping forward as the robot dispersed a strange claw from its insides, picking up some water and retracting the claw to its insides. Was it just the guy, or did he feel like he was being watched? Someone was maybe coming perhaps? Sayains, as he heard, were naturals at sensing danger or when someone was coming towards them, but what he was told he wasn't so sure about. He was searching for the Sayains of this planet. So he'd better start looking.
"Or I could just wait," the man muttered, kicking up sand as he stepped forward, looking around wearily. And as it seemed that, unless he felt like going to the next town to check some stuff out - Carrot King's Village, was it? - he was in for a long wait.
